About The Role

Our client base is growing rapidly and so is our Revenue Operations team! Our goal is to scale and enhance the experience of our clients, and now looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Operations Manager to help us continue delivering to our clients.

The primary focus of this role centers on crafting and managing processes that enhance customer value and stimulate revenue growth within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Revenue Operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of CS processes and customer lifecycles.

About You

We are looking for an energetic and positive Revenue Operations professional. In this role, you will familiarise yourself with the customers’ user journey and processes, and offer suggestions for efficiency and improvements to achieve Customer Success goals. You have great project management skills and a knack for technology.

What will you do?

  • Work with our existing RevOps team to create and drive growth and retention initiatives across our Customer Success department
  • Drive accurate forecasts for renewals and expansions
  • Collaborate with global teams to manage the upsell and renewal pipeline effectively
  • Work with global teams to understand and optimise capacity of books of business
  • Use insights and analytics to refine and advance our strategy within the customer base
  • Design processes across all customer segments that utilise automation tactics to drive efficiency across day to day operations
  • Run end to end global internal projects to improve how we operate. You will collaborate with all stakeholders from strategy to delivery
  • Provide training and support to team members on Revenue Operations best practices and tools
  • Ad-hoc requests and projects to support senior commercial stakeholders

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or similar role

  • Demonstrable experience in a Revenue Operations or similar role
  • Strong analytical mindset, advanced excel and experience with Tableau a plus
  • Saas company - advantage
  • Ability to coordinate and build cross-functional processes (with MIS, finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales) to support the team and improve work processes.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and you desire to learn the products’ functionality
  • You’re a tech-savvy with a passion to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You have an interest in the HR Tech industry
  • You’re a team player, self starter with the ability to learn fast
