Job Description

The Vice President of Partner Success is responsible for driving strategic alignment, execution excellence, and growth within Icertis' partner ecosystem. This leader will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive partner success strategy, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, partner enablement, and business impact. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and deep expertise in partner engagement. #LI-Remote #LI-RS1

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

Develop and execute a data-driven regional partner success strategy aligned with Icertis' growth objectives.

Oversee the development and implementation of scalable partner success programs, including onboarding, tiering, and partner services.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive partner performance and maximize customer success, including customer adoption metrics, customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and retention/attrition rates

Achieve lead, subscription revenue, and relationship health goals for the alliance as a partner and a customer

Partner Engagement & Growth

Drive the adoption of best practices in partner delivery to maximize customer value and ensure seamless implementations.

Standardize partner agreements to structure and drive clarity for partner services.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

Refine and optimize Partner Success frameworks to enhance partner onboarding, training, and technical support.

Leverage data analytics to track partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive targeted engagement strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, alliances, and professional services teams to enhance partner performance and address competency gaps.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Success professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • This leader will have a high growth mindset driven through continuous execution of a strategic framework and possess 10+ years of customer success, business development, and strategic partnerships within the technology industry
  • Experience working within enterprise SaaS and a deep understanding of the contract lifecycle management (CLM) ecosystem is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale partner programs, including enablement, certification, and sales engagement initiatives.
  • Critical skills for success include a keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit while executing with executive presence, strategic purpose and a deep sense of urgency. Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and Execution are foundational values for success
  • Experience building, developing and managing large Alliances and globally distributed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations at senior levels
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
  • Be a dynamic, engaging, self-reliant senior executive, accustomed to managing with a collaborative, fact-based approach, articulate communication and interpersonal warmth
  • Be self-confident, but with ego well in check. Be open to continuous learning and committed to ongoing self-improvement
  • Be an intelligent, rigorous thinker who can operate successfully among very bright and charismatic people

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-driven leader to take Icertis’ Partner Success function to the next level by driving customer success, partner engagement, and scalable growth.

Compensation:

OTE: $450,000 to $500,000 (60/40)

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
