Senior Web/Digital Experience Manager

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this critical role will shape global full-funnel web and digital marketing initiatives. This role will drive large parts of our website initiatives, providing optimal user experiences aligned with our marketing and digital strategies. Additionally, this role will represent the digital marketing team day-to-day in coordination of digital initiatives with teams across the business including PMM (product marketing), content, design, operations, regional marketing teams and more. Neo4j is poised to deliver innovative and engaging digital experiences for our customers, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help bring that vision to life.

This role is critical in driving the web and digital vision in partnership with multiple cross-functional teams to create audience-first engagement across Neo4j’s digital ecosystem. With critical personas in mind, you will help develop - and implement to completion - critical strategies, projects and initiatives. You will leverage data analytics to help increase demand, conversion and optimize UX, while ensuring a strong brand, product and market positioning.

What You'll Do:

  • Articulate, and manage the creation of, digital UX journeys on Neo4j’s website that delight, educate, and inspire action for key target personas or groups, aligned with stakeholder needs across Neo4j.
  • Design, execute, analyze, and optimize experiences on the web to drive demand generation and achieve customer retention/growth goals
  • Partner with peers across marketing and other key areas of the organization (PMM, content, design, operations, and more) to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment in pursuit of Neo4j’s company goals and objectives.
  • Deep understanding of how to collaborate with peers across the organization, and run and manage regular meetings, to deliver cogent experiences on-schedule.
  • Jointly drive integrated marketing campaigns that align with corporate goals, ensuring the digital/web UX journeys align with wider initiatives, goals and outcomes.
  • Partner with key teams to:
    • Optimize the website experiences for key UX & conversion goals
    • Institute A/B testing to continually improve web UX and full-funnel and digital marketing efforts.
    • Work with Analytics and digital team to report on web traffic and conversion metrics, plus maintain compliance with global website/data regulations.
    • Maintain, develop and deliver on a strategic roadmap of key website priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure channel alignments and UX across: web, paid media, social media, events, virtual experiences and developer experience.
  • Ensure website messaging, branding, content, UX and CTAs resonate with potential customers through ongoing testing and validation.
  • Partner with analytics teams to set and measure goals/KPIs to measure efficacy of programs and campaigns on the website.
  • Provide visibility and socialize program performance with actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure that as a B2B organization, Neo4j is well-positioned in the digital space as a graph database leader.

Who you are:

  • Experienced professional with 7+ yrs. experience in product/project management, developing state-of-the-art digital (website, digital & paid media) experiences. B2B and/or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable with rapid growth and change. Must be comfortable with, and have the ability to, work across multiple projects simultaneously in parallel.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized operator, with a passion for delivering the absolute highest quality.
  • Data-driven storyteller who can articulate key needs, rationale and findings to management/executives. Comfortable leading meetings, retros and business reviews.
  • Ability to build a multi-quarter roadmap - in collaboration with key stakeholders - WHILE managing hands-on day-to-day execution.
  • Strong collaborator who can bring out the best in cross-functional teams.
  • Analytically minded. Experience with, or proficient in: Google Analytics, Google Suite, Project Management tools (Asana), BI/reporting/visualization tools (Data studio, Looker), A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM tools & Marketo.
  • A keen passion for the digital landscape, and a deep understanding of best-practices, key trends and ability to use these to drive from ideation to execution is a must.
