Sr. Manager, GTM Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Go-To-Market Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth for Neo4j’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy Development:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive
Go-To-Market strategies for new products, features, and market expansions.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to
identify target audience and market opportunities.
● Define clear value propositions and positioning for products and services,
ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Product Launch:
● Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, including messaging development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation.
● Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
Sales Enablement:
● Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools, training,
and resources to effectively sell new products and services.
● Develop sales training materials, presentations, and FAQs to address common
customer inquiries and objections.
● Monitor the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Market Feedback and Analysis:
● Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market trends to iterate on product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
● Utilize marketing analytics and customer feedback to measure the success of Go-To-Market initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
● Proven experience (5-7 years) in product marketing, Go-To-Market strategy development,
and campaign management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights
into actionable strategies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
● Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.
In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
