We are seeking a talented inside sales representative to identify, qualify, and convert federal government and Partner leads into sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline by researching Government Agencies and Federal System Integrators, Identifying key program opportunities, surfacing budget availability, and securing meetings with key decision makers within the federal agencies as well as the federal integrator community Also, as the main point of contact for inbound leads, you will qualify marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through consultative conversations and create and qualifying opportunities and help the account executives further qualify those leads..

Responsibilities:

  • Source new federal sales opportunities through inbound lead management, outbound research, cold calling and email campaigns
  • Identify key federal agency decision makers and influencers
  • Research federal budgets, procurement processes and solicitations
  • Qualify inbound marketing qualified leads via phone, email, and social media
  • Promote company solutions by aligning to federal compliance and procurement frameworks
  • Invest in learning how Neo4j's technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises across many industries and use cases.
  • Route qualified federal opportunities to appropriate sales reps for further discussion
  • Log all details related to campaigns, conversations and opportunities within CRM
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPI’s for weekly meetings held and Qualified Sales Opportunities generated.
  • Proven ability to work with sales, alliances and marketing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience with the federal sector
  • Ability to obtain federal security clearances if required
  • Persuasive communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in our SalesForce.com CRM
  • Be proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS-Office, Salesforce.com, Web-conferencing, Outreach, Zoominfo
  • Proficiency with sales automation and CRM tools
  • Self-motivation and experience working with minimal supervision

The annual on target earnings range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This range is an estimate, and the actual on target earnings may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
