Noogata.com is seeking a skilled inside sales representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales and a proven track record of selling to Digital Brands and Amazon Sellers.
As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, leading opportunities through the sales cycle and closing deals.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Lead the sales cycle of opportunities from lead to closed won
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales information in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to prospects throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our products and services remain competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of selling to SMB and mid-market customers.
- Previous experience selling to Digital Brands and Amazon Sellers - a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
