- Be a core team member of the Monitoring function for the Zone.
- The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the branches and manage processes for MFI BC branches.
- Monitor CGT and CRT processes.
- Visit group meeting and collection meeting.
- Be responsible for planning and driving portfolio buildup.
- Monitor and report portfolio quality of the MFI BC branches to Zonal Manager.
- Track BC branch team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Share market feedback and field observation in the allocated areas.
- Implement performance plans according to company protocol.
- Leading/managing the MFI BC branches to achieve the business target numbers on monthly basis with right product mix and good customer quality.
- Coordination among different team such as BC branch, BC head office, Zonal Manager, credit, operations, IT etc. in order to complete the task without any hindrances
- Taking ownership of the branch and its activities including monitoring, origination, , alternate channel activities, Strengthening Branch processes to enhance the business potential. .Execution of task with complete integrity and transparency.
