- Updates HRIS with employee changes/data entry as needed
- Work cross functionally with Payroll, Commissions, Recruitment, HRBP & Other departments etc.
- Respond to employee requests concerning HR policies, address changes, employment verifications, one time pay outs, expenses, benefits, insurance, Open enrolment, company policies, wellness etc. in a timely fashion
- Preparation of MIS reports and present the same as and when needed
- Facilitate the Employee Life cycle processes from Onboarding till Separation
- Preparation of headcount, exit lists, attrition and other reports
- Support and guide employee / manager on HR ops matters throughout the employee life cycle - Payroll/F&F inputs, Leave management, PF, Gratuity, Ex- Employee query management, Mediclaim,
