As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Paris, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment function with a primary focus on technical roles, ensuring the attraction, sourcing, and hiring of top talent to support Odaseva’s growth objectives worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be fluent in both French and English and collaborate with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent. Analyzing workforce trends and forecasting future hiring needs. Collaborating with senior leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives.
  • Technical Recruiting:
  • Leading the end-to end recruitment process for technical roles, including developers, QA, engineers, and IT specialists. Utilising a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics and analytics. Providing regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and improving recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Employer Branding: Promoting Odaseva’s brand through various channels and recruitment marketing strategies. Representing Odaseva at industry events, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expertise on recruitment strategies.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

You will bring:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent job experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 6 years in technical recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Full profesionnal proficiency in both French and English
