What you will do:

As an experienced Fullstack .NET Developer and team lead, you will create dependable, intelligent, and user-friendly solutions using .NET/.NET Core for our clients, while leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Where you will have impact:

  • As a senior Fullstack .NET Developer;
    • Develop reliable, smart, and user-friendly solutions using .NET/.NET Core for our clients, with a constant focus on code performance and quality.
    • Collaborate with your scrum team to create technical analyses, write unit tests, and conduct code reviews.
    • Be part of the Product Development team, responsible for architecting, coding, and maintaining both existing and new (micro-)services.
    • Develop innovative features on a project basis according to the priorities outlined on our roadmap.
  • As a team lead, you will be responsible for;
    • Leading and mentoring the development team, ensuring professional growth and development.
    • Overseeing project workflows to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
    • Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to align with business goals.
    • Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
    • Facilitating agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
    • Addressing technical and operational challenges within the team.
    • Ensuring effective communication within the team and across other teams.
    • Promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Our team specializes in creating advanced systems that ensure seamless data distribution and efficient hotel operations within the hospitality sector. We leverage the latest technologies to enhance hotel management and guest experiences. Our focus is on developing robust platforms for real-time data sharing across hundreds of channels, streamlining property management, and continuously improving to maintain peak system performance.

Who you are:

  • You enjoy programming both the front and back end, are passionate about .NET, and closely follow the latest trends in frameworks.
  • You look forward to sharing your programming skills and insights into software structure with our team of developers.
  • With your thorough technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills, you enjoy impressing your colleagues.
  • Furthermore, you like working towards deadlines, both in a team and independently, while maintaining attention to detail.

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of C#, .NET (Framework/Core), Entity Framework, REST APIs, design patterns, event-driven architecture.
  • Front end knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, ReactJS, JavaScript (jQuery, TypeScript, ES6), and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, NoSQL (Elasticsearch), and general knowledge of Azure.
