What you will do:

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer who is passionate about clean, readable and scalable code. You will be responsible for improving the codebase health, developer productivity, and overall reliability of our products.

Your team collaborates closely with our product teams, the design team, DevOps engineers and solution architects to drive initiatives forward.

In a fast-growing scale-up priorities might shift from time to time. You’ll gain experience and ownership in different domains depending on your ambition, but here are some general topics below!

Where you will have impact:

  • Making sure the developer experience is excellent for all of our frontend engineers.
  • Bringing improvements to our frontend infrastructure, from updates to the framework, CI changes, etc.
  • Keeping a high quality frontend codebase through performance monitoring, linting…
  • Knowledge sharing with other frontend engineers on best practices, new tools, etc.
  • Evaluating and introducing new tools (for example: performance monitoring, testing frameworks etc).
  • Maintaining and improving our design system.
  • Being involved in hiring and onboarding new frontend engineers within the company.

The frontend platform team's mission is to empower the all frontend engineers in the company to deliver world-class products. We do this by providing them with the best possible tools, education, and expert guidance. We stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the frontend space, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our code, processes and tools to ensure that our product engineering teams have everything they need to succeed.

As a member of our frontend platform team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and highly motivated group of developers who are committed to delivering exceptional results. You will be able to take on challenging projects and work on cutting-edge technologies, all while being supported by a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Extensive experience with building interactive frontend interfaces for data-intensive web applications.
  • Proficient with JavaScript, Typescript and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Ember.js,…).
  • Ability to write code that is future proof, performant, scalable, and readable.
  • Ability to lead technical projects including technical design, scoping, and estimation.
  • Experience architecting complex technical changes, to knowledge-share, and get consensus for their solutions.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD tools, and Git source control.
  • Strong communication skills with a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent mentoring skills.
