We are expanding and seeking a Credit Collector to join our team! The Credit Collector is responsible for the punctual and efficient follow-up of credit and delays in payment. As a result, the Credit Collector will make a positive contribution to the cash flow. On a daily basis, the Credit Collector will be in contact with domestic customers, call our customers about the unpaid invoices, and look for a solution together with the customer and will report and monitor payment delays in the short term.
Where you will have impact
- Communication with customers about unpaid invoices, inform the Finance Team about credit limits and payment delay, and check with Sales Managers where the problem lies for customers who do not pay on time.
- Contacting customers on a daily basis by telephone and / or in writing.
- Actively searching for optimisations together with the customer to improve the customer experience about payment delays. Implementing the improvements for the customer and continue to follow them up.
- Come up with process improvements together with the team members.
- Making bank statements and sorting, registering, archiving, and reporting on incoming documents related to the activities.
- Make sure that all data of the customers remain up to date.

Who you are
- Customer oriented.

- Strong MS Office skills.
- Preferred experience with billing program(s).
- Preferred experience working with SalesForce, or similar customer relation management (CRM) program(s).
- Fluent in English - both oral and written communication, any other language in our network is a plus.
- Can work autonomously.

In addition to benefits and other Lighthouse total rewards, the annual base salary for this role ranges from $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 USD. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
