About the role:

You will join the Data Portfolio team, you will be in charge of supporting all teams on the data assessments and needs of their projects as well as improving our ability to get access faster to relevant data for our projects..

Your main mission will be:

  • to support all teams on the data assessments and needs of their projects
  • to improve Data access scalability

In particular, you will:

  • Be in charge of Feasibility Study for Data Access projects:
    • In collaboration with the Data Portfolio lead, be the voice of the partnerships team during the feasibility phase and challenge other teams with constructive proposals
    • Collaboration with the Corporate Development team on data mapping and assessment of potential external partners;
    • Data Mapping across indications of interest using different tools
    • Partnership advisory: identification, reach-out and interviews of KOLs
    • Define timeline and budget for data access work packages
  • Guarantee Data Access Reach Out:

Ensure data requests are consistent over time (with validated documents, tracking of changes etc.)Be the reference point for any data modalities in a given project

    • Coordinate reach-out within the Partnerships team
    • Own initial data access strategy recommendation based on different parameters : data needs, past project, budget, data readiness, N/A and Europe center’s strategy, etc. with the PartO.
    • Reach-out to centers in non-covered geographies; and drive handover to PartM team when appropriate
    • When appropriate, will jointly define with PartO when to step out from a specific project
    • Drive the timely and successful transition with the PartO being responsible for creation of project-specific documentation
    • Participation to preliminary calls with centers with Account Owners
    • Own client restitution on relevant WPs (deliverables and presentation)
  • Contribute to the Partnerships reporting:
    • Identification of reporting needs and reporting - proactive process continuous improvement
    • Co-design and implementation of the reporting tools for the Partnerships team in collaboration with Part-O (i.e.: Notion)
    • Transversal relationship with technical SaaS owners and other users of the softwares;
  • Coordinate transversal activities for the Partnerships team (i.e.: data quotes, advisor strategy, samples access);
    • Specifically, closely collaborate with the Abstra team on data catalogue;

Position is based in our Paris or Nantes offices or remotely in France.

About you

Required qualifications / experience:

  • BS/MSc in Business, Engineering, Medical or an associated field
  • You have some product marketing strategy knowledge
  • Business oriented vision, good knowledge of the pharma ecosystem
  • Ability to prioritize and to juggle multiple work streams
  • You are adaptable and a fast learner;
  • You enjoy working in teams and are able to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients. You are able to interact with people of different backgrounds;
  • You have a natural capacity to build relationships
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French

Preferred qualifications/bonus:

  • Any previous experience in an healthcare startup
