• Study the zonal market and strategic short-term and long-term growth plan for the Hospital Lab business.
• Total responsibility and accountability of revenue & growth through onboarding Hospitals as Hospital Laboratory Management partners
• Funnel creation and enrichment
• Meet key clients and channel partners to take market feedback and increase engagement levels
• Provide marketing support to the Hospital business team i.e. (New test addition/ new campaign drive / Implementation of market feedback to design business strategy
• Develop and manage annual operating plans and ensure expenses are controlled as per the allotted budget.
• To conduct review meetings and presentations to the management on Business strategy at regular intervals

Key Functional Requirements

• Has been working with major Diagnostics or Pharma companies at big corporate hospitals and on HLM projects.
• Should have a strong database and contacts with hospitals.
• Should have on-boarded at least 10-15 Hospitals as Hospital Laboratory Management partners for the diagnostic players in India.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Successfully and consistently meeting and achieving or exceeding targets
• Ability to drive HLM from plan to close independently with minimal assistance Should have had a successful record of achieving business targets.
