Roles And ResponsibilitiesBusiness Finance manager role requires - System development, cost & revenue controlling, business process automation, business forecasting and working with cross-functional teams and involves the following key responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional teams in developing finance strategies to support a strategic alignment with company's Business Operations, and corporate departments on company goals & initiatives.
• Manage system development and automation that result in strong controls, align with company strategy, and optimize costs.
• Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies to optimize business results.
• In depth process understanding, system development and automation
• ERP implementation and governance
• Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis);
• Financial Reporting and Variance Analysis
• MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics
• Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.
• Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing for multiple lines of business

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferred from IT services, Pharmaceuticals or Consulting
• Openings at Mumbai
• Only CA pass out (year between 2013-2016)
