Today, we are one of India's largest healthcare aggregators connecting lakhs of patients to licensed pharmacies & diagnostic centres online for all their medical needs. We are particularly catering to the chronic-care segment, and offer a range of services including medicine delivery, tele-consultation, sample collection for diagnostic tests as well as subscription-based services for all these categories. Our highly efficient and technology led Consumer and Supply-chain platforms ensure that medicines are delivered from a licensed pharmacy within six hours of the validation of prescriptions submitted by our customers. And such customer promises are improving with the increasing scale of our business, and continuous product innovation.
Job Summary:
PharmEasy is looking for a full-stack marketer to lead paid initiatives for our key verticals. If you
consider yourself as a thought leader and an expert in paid marketing with a deep expertise in major digital ad and analytics/attribution platforms, we’re looking for you!
What you will do:
- Ownership of paid marketing initiatives, right from strategy to presenting the learnings to
internal stakeholders. You will decide the budget allocation and will drive internal teams and
agencies towards the monthly user acquisition and GMV goals
- Constantly experiment and keep improving the key performance metrics
- Constantly experimenting, measuring, and reporting performance of all digital marketing
campaigns, and assessing against goals (CAC, LTV, etc.)
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Actively work on identifying new growth opportunities in existing and new channels to drive
incremental growth
- Competitor and market analysis
What you will need:
- 6-8 years’ experience in paid marketing with a mix of search, display, video, and shopping with
proven results and growth. Hands-on experience with Google (UAC, Search, Shopping, Pmax)
and Facebook is a must
- Experience in handling large budgets (Min 2Cr/month preferable)
- Know the nitty-gritty of analytics and attribution tools (we use Google Analytics and Singular)
- Stakeholder management: you know how to concisely present your findings to internal
stakeholders without marketing jargons
- Strong data management skills in Excel
- Using Google tag manager for marketing use-cases
- Intuition for customer communication; adept at marketing copywriting
- Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail
- Have managed teams and agencies
- An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and
thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial
Bonus:
- You have worked in the healthcare industry
- Worked, scaled and grown consumer products at a high-growth startups
- Intermediate SQL, HTML, CSS, JS knowledge would be a plus
- Have working knowledge of Clevertap / Microstrategy / Metabase (CRM / Data visualization
tools)
