Level - Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager

Primary Responsibilities

 Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on learning and development strategies that contribute to the organization growth and success

 Conducting training needs analysis to determine the skill gaps and training requirements

 Effectively managing the training budget to optimize resources and achieve learning goals

 Understanding and implementing the concepts of instructional design to develop effective and engaging training programs

 Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives

 Building measures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and ensure continuous improvement

 Developing and maintaining a training calendar to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives

 Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and ensure a high return on investment.

 Effectively managing a large team of trainers spread across multiple locations in India, providing leadership, guidance, and support

 Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness

 Lead the design and implementation of blended learning approaches, incorporating both online and offline learning methods

 Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

 Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities.
