Primary Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on learning and development strategies that contribute to the organization growth and success
Conducting training needs analysis to determine the skill gaps and training requirements
Effectively managing the training budget to optimize resources and achieve learning goals
Understanding and implementing the concepts of instructional design to develop effective and engaging training programs
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
Building measures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and ensure continuous improvement
Developing and maintaining a training calendar to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives
Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and ensure a high return on investment.
Effectively managing a large team of trainers spread across multiple locations in India, providing leadership, guidance, and support
Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness
Lead the design and implementation of blended learning approaches, incorporating both online and offline learning methods
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities.
