Ray Medicine

Ray Medicine is a newco formed in January 2022, focusing on new cellular therapy development that integrates biomolecules with living cells for the treatment of cancer and metabolic diseases without genetic engineering and in vitro expansion of the cells. Ray Medicine’s unique cell-based therapy in terms of ADME and pharmacology avoids gene integration that conceals a great risk of tumorigenesis in the long term and does not need costly in vitro cell expansion and complicated preparation process like current cellular therapies (e.g. CAR-T). Meanwhile Ray Medicine has its proprietary design of payload based on extensive experiences in drug discovery and the success of the therapeutic strategy.
