Familiar with routine tests and instruments in molecular biology, such as plasmid design, mammalian cell culture and transient transfection, reporter systems, Western blot, ELISA, and simple FACS operations; Mainly involved in the design and completion of in vitro assay; Collaborate with Cell Biology Department to complete preclinical PK/PD study; Assist the Protein Chemistry Department to complete upstream plasmid design for eukaryotic and prokaryotic protein expression and purification; Communicate effectively with CRO, lead and coordinate CRO for protein expression and purification; Gradually establish lab scale protein sample production system.
