RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Global Account Manager and Ecosystem Leader your main responsibility will be to own an ecosystem of a specific vertical mixing Key Prospects accounts and Customers. You will wear a number of hats including:: business development, strategic advisor, product enablement, and technical support.

You’ll be responsible for your ecosystem growth with four main objectives:

To Nurture your portfolio of free accounts until they become paid customers
To Influence the signing of New Business within your ecosystem
To Manage and maintain the customer relationship within your portfolio
To Retain and upsell your customers while driving product adoption and network growth

1. NURTURE
You will own a book of accounts using the free version of Reveal. You will own the entire sales cycle until they become paid customers and collaborate closely with our Account Executives.
You will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
You will engage, enable and support to unlock the potential of their partnership ecosystem through our platform.

2. INFLUENCE
You will run discovery phases properly and generate new business opportunities for our team of Account Executives.
You will work closely with marketing on content creation for our customers, speaking engagements (if you so wish), and in-person events (as this allows in your location).

3. MANAGE
You will be the main point of contact for the accounts within your portfolio and create a solid relationship with your champions: admins, decision-makers, and regular key users
You will maintain a regular and intentional cadence with your accounts to strengthen your relationships and expand your network

4. RETAIN
You’ll have to understand your customers’ needs and objectives to propose a relevant action plan, collect their needs and feedback, and monitor their adoption while sharing best practices and use cases.
You’ll have to collaborate with the Sales/AE team to identify new opportunities, develop new business with existing clients and negotiate renewal/upsell contracts
You’ll clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to external stakeholders during Executive Business Review to ensure customers see the value of the Reveal platform and adopt it.

This job will initially report to the Account Management Lead North America.

YOUR BACKGROUND

- Proficient in providing feedback and performance reviews
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Customer Success, Account Management
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce & Hubspot
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
