ScyllaDB a global company that develops open-source real-time, big data databases, is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner for our U.S office.

You will be part of the HR team and help to find talented candidates and build our global organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in hiring processes across various roles, globally and locally, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Review and screen CVs regularly, conducting thorough phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Utilize effective sourcing strategies and social networks for candidate attraction.
  • Maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.
  • Utilize recruitment software like Comeet for streamlined processes.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for U.S. employees and managers.
  • Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and provide comprehensive summaries.
  • Lead the development and implementation of U.S. employee well-being initiatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement and performance within the organization.
  • Contribute to broader HR responsibilities such as terminations, exit interviews, and development programs.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving engagement, connections, and retention.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or as a technical recruiter for Hi-tech companies.
  • Proven sourcing skills.
  • Experience working with Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and more).
  • Enthusiasm for learning HR processes and evolving into a multifaceted role encompassing recruitment and soft HR processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English- A must
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
  • Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
  • Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creativity and quick learning ability

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in HR processes.
  • Prior experience working in a startup company.
  • Prior experience working with Hi-Bob system.
