ScyllaDB is a global company with employees all around the world.

We are looking for a resourceful and highly adaptable IT manager for a full-time position to support IT company activities and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional troubleshoot (local, remote) and support for the company:
  • Personal laptops / workstations (Windows & Linux & Mac)
  • Google Workspace Apps (Gmail, Drive, etc.)
  • Servers (mainly Centos / Fedora)
  • Network and connectivity
  • Work in contact with external IT firm if needed
  • Company Cloud environments - Super admin to all cloud providers managing the permissions, users and the accounts workflows.
  • Manage and oversee secure access to all company users to the various apps being used by the company
  • Manage all company apps as the IT administrator and review new apps (GIthub, Zendesk and much more)
  • Manage all Okta provisioning, experience in Identity and access management, setting us SAML apps in Okta installing AD/IWA agents on members domains, validating SSO, troubleshooting password synchronization across multiple Okta platforms.
  • Manage company MDM tool and EDR tool - installations, policies, users and more
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding IT related process from start to end
  • Manage all company relevant IT process and policies
  • Manage company inventory
  • Install and configure network equipment

Requirements

  • Familiar with the Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) environments
  • Experience with OKTA, MDM tool, EDR service, Google workspace - MUST
  • Experience with configuring hardware, software, servers, routers, and switches
  • hands on help desk/PC technician/system and network experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux environments
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Problem solver with self-learning capabilities
  • Follow policies, creating policies, if needed, creating workflows and keeping the current ones
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking: DHCP, DNS, Routing
