Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team in the region to drive pipeline that leads to partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Recruit, acquire, manage and prosecute sales strategies with major cloud providers, resellers, referral partners and systems integrators
  • Managing co-sell motion, doing deal registration, outreach to sales teams, establishing co-sell relationships that drive partner-sourced revenue
  • Coordinate and perform partner sales enablement sessions while managing the delivery of technical enablement by Scylla Solutions Architects
  • Seek and manage opportunities for co-marketing activities and joint events

Requirements

  • Proven track record of recruiting, managing and monetizing key partners for SaaS or software company, achieving partner-sourced business targets.
  • 3 years experience working as a partner/alliances professional for one or more database companies, preferably NoSQL databases, with understanding of partner ecosystem for such companies
  • 3 years experience managing Cloud Service Provider relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
  • Experience recruiting regional Systems Integrators, consultancy companies, and Resellers, and managing those relationships to drive partner-sourced revenue
  • Experience establishing and executing programs for partner enablement
  • Proven history working closely with and supporting sales team objectives in the assigned region
  • Good public communications skills, presentation to partners and at industry forums
