The role

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth strategy by owning and scaling our lead generation efforts across mid-market and enterprise hospitality businesses.

You will be responsible for ideating, scoping, and delivering scalable measurable digital marketing campaigns to boost relevant partner acquisition.

You will have at least one direct report with access to freelance and agency support in key areas like design, website development, copywriting, SEO and Paid Media. The role sits within the Commercial & Marketing Function, reporting directly to the Leadership team.

Key responsibilities and goals

  • Drive triple-figure growth at the top of the funnel with qualified (quality) leads in our mid-market target segment.
  • Ensure budget and resources are deployed effectively
  • Report against key metrics to the Leadership Team and wider business
  • Liaise with the Commercial Team to understand business needs and support sales.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, working on SaaS products ideally in a startup environment
  • Hands-on and able to execute independently.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing software and tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in email marketing, lead generation, and CRO.
  • Exceptional skills in creating and optimizing landing pages.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in A/B testing, data analytics, and deriving insights from data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in ABM would be an advantage.

  • Up to 50k Basic Salary with a bonus of up to 20% depending on performance
