As a Marketing Content Specialist, you play a pivotal role in crafting and engaging content across various digital channels. Working as a member of our small marketing team, you’ll leverage your creative prowess to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement. Your responsibilities span from community management to email marketing and content generation, with a focus on delivering compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

You will report into the Digital Marketing Lead.

  • Curate and manage our community presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand affinity.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns, to execute nurture campaigns, share product updates, and facilitate partner communications.
  • Drive content generation, including crafting case studies, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other collateral.
  • Utilise your proficiency in basic HTML and platforms like Wordpress to enhance content presentation.

Your typical fortnight may look like:

  • Executing email marketing campaigns, including crafting content, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign performance.
  • Engaging with the community on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to foster dialogue and promote brand visibility.
  • Generating diverse content assets, including case studies, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, etc.
  • Leveraging basic HTML and content management systems to enhance content presentation and functionality.
