Join our dynamic team at StashAway as an Investment Operations Executive. This role supports the Investment Product Strategy and Development and is crucial in the operational success of our investment products. You will play a central role in running the operations of both new and existing investment products, contributing to StashAway's mission of leading the market in digital wealth management.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Private Markets products and new products under MVP. Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategic Development & Investment Products to implement operational strategies.
    • Assist the Investment Team and and Head of Strategic Development & Investment Products in monitoring daily operations and performance of outsourced investment products on the StashAway platform, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
    • Execute a range of recurring tasks related to investment operations. Prioritize and manage these tasks, especially those that are not yet automated, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in execution.
  • Product Development Support:
    • Assist in the development and launch of new investment products by managing operational requirements and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • Manage end-to-end fund onboarding liaising closely with Ops for support.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Proactively identify and report operational risks and compliance issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in investment operations management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Investment, Operations and Compliance, to align operational strategies with company objectives.
