We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our regional Marketing team. You will be responsible for executing client-facing campaigns via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This is an entry-level role, so you can expect to work in a dynamic team with on-the-job coaching. You should look forward to a steep learning curve and continuously being out of your comfort zone. The ideal candidate should be agile and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be based in Malaysia and will report to the Growth Analyst. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute customer communications through emails, push notifications, and in-app channels using a CRM platform.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to provide channel insights to stakeholders
• Execute CRM tests/experiments and provide recommendations for optimisation
• Keep up to date with Industry development and best practices to ensure that best practices are implemented across the regions
• Understand business needs and proactively suggest solutions to alleviate pain points in the business
• Develop processes to ensure that data processing and campaign management are in order, and work quickly with stakeholders to resolve issues
