The right candidate is a motivated leader with a strategic mindset, strong client management skills, and solid investment knowledge, coupled with emotional intelligence and the desire to understand the inner workings of a leading regional FinTech company.


Wealth advisory and Business Development

  • Develop a continuous prospect pipeline to achieve AUM targets and expand StashAway's HNW customer base.
  • Proactively assist clients to understand their needs and objectives; effectively communicate StashAway’s product value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Manage and deepen client relationships to retain and grow existing HNW clients and reinvigorate churned clients
  • Provide understanding of the markets and SA products for the benefit of the client and to deepen loyalty with the brand.
  • Deliver seminars on a variety of financial and market topics to nurture current and prospective client base.
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of financial products for HNW, markets and be able to communicate on it to clients in both written and verbal form.

Investment Oversight

  • Develop a solid understanding of StashAway’s investment framework and investment management processes.
  • Deliver investment monitoring and reporting requirements as prescribed in the operating manual and license conditions.

Team leadership

  • Be the leader in the local office, invest in the team’s development, and nurture a conducive working culture
  • Be even-tempered, resilient, adaptable, and an effective communicator
