Within this role, you will work on both short-term and long-term goals, build customer and prospecting relationships, identify AUM growth opportunities and hit quarterly targets. You will report directly to the Country Manager to strategise and execute AUM impacting initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Drive AUM growth with premium clients:
    • Deliver financial guidance thorough fact-finding of customers' financial goals and needs.
    • Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and support.
    • Generate new investor opportunities through customer events, financial reviews, and proactive outreach to potential customers.
    • Build and capitalize on referral opportunities from existing clients to expand our client base and foster community trust
  • Customer Base Expansion: Increase our customer base by efficiently acting on leads from our database, setting up appointments, and engaging with potential customers.
  • Primary Investment Platform: Work closely with clients to ensure that our platform becomes their primary choice for investment, leveraging our services and technology.

KPIs:

  • Net Deposit Growth: Achieve an increase in net deposits from clients you manage and contact.
  • Accelerated Asset Accumulation: Reduce the time to achieve share of wallet Assets Under Management (AUM) per client, indicating efficient client onboarding and investment guidance.
