StashAway is looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Team Lead to join our Marketing Team. The role will report to CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Online Marketing & CRM team oversees tactical campaigns, and customer retention across five different markets that we are in (Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Thailand).

Having a high impact on revenue, the CRM Campaign Team Lead will manage, plan and execute owned marketing channels campaigns (email, in-app channels, push notifications, and WhatsApp) for all five markets. You will be the owner of the CRM campaign calendar, collaborating cross functionally with different teams (Product, Operations, Brand, Customer Engagement, etc) to launch successful tactical campaigns to help our customers succeed in their investment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Coordinate and handle marketing campaign requests from product, marketing, and operations teams to align campaign timelines with broader business goals and product launches.
  • Channel assignment: Assign the most effective marketing channels to reach campaign objectives and ensure maximum impact and engagement. The channels include email, pop up notifications, in-app banner, in-app message, WhatsApp, and any future channels.
  • Effective campaign implementation: Design and implement effective customer communications strategies through emails, push notifications, and in-app channels using a CRM platform.
  • Customer data ownership: Be the customer data owner in CRM and make decisions on customer segmentation based on campaign needs.
  • Campaign calendar management: Plan and schedule all CRM campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are timed effectively to maximize customer engagement and business impact.
  • Tracking and updates: Keep the campaign calendar up-to-date with all relevant details, including launch dates, key milestones, and deadlines for each campaign and serve as the central point of contact for all campaign-related scheduling inquiries.
  • Resource allocation: Ensure that all necessary resources are allocated appropriately for each campaign, and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities or resources.
  • Performance analytics: Provide reporting and analytics on the performance of the campaign.
  • Subject matter expert: Step in to ensure the quality of deliverables and suggest improvements as needed.
  • CRM process ownership: Establish and maintain a standardized CRM process for the entire company to ensure consistent execution and adherence to the campaign management.
  • Experimental framework: Execute CRM tests/experiments and provide recommendations for optimisation
  • Good business acumen: Understand business needs and proactively suggest solutions to alleviate pain points in the business
