Join StashAway Thailand as a Client Engagement Executive, a role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences while helping clients achieve their financial goals. In this position, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various segments through proactive engagement and personalised investment advice.

You will handle inquiries about StashAway’s product offerings and provide financial advice tailored to clients' needs across multiple channels, including LINE, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. By aligning our services with clients' financial objectives, you will identify growth opportunities that contribute to both client success and StashAway’s AUM growth.

In addition to client advisory responsibilities, you will collaborate with the commercial team on projects focused on driving AUM growth. This includes analysing client behaviour data, creating presentations, and supporting key initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and operational efficiency, with the goal of increasing AUM.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory and Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients across platforms—including LINE, phone, email, and social media—managing investment and product-related inquiries with prompt, accurate responses to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Provide financial guidance through fact-finding to understand clients' financial goals and needs.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalised support.
  • Support the advisory team in acquiring new clients by leveraging opportunities from customer events, financial reviews, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, delivering insights to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Commercial Team Support:

  • Assist the commercial team with data analysis and the development of presentations on client behavior and market trends to inform strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and identify growth opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly AUM targets.
  • Provide project management and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of projects and business-as-usual operations, including managing stakeholders for events, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing billing and payment processes.
