As a key player in the Homevolt Leadership Team, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation. Reporting directly to the Homevolt CEO, you will collaborate closely with the visionary minds at Polarium and Tibber to shape objectives and long-term plans.
Your mission includes:
Negotiating and Executing Partnerships: Be the innovative, results-oriented team player who collaborates with stakeholders to strategize and execute a go-to-market strategy, creating revenue-driving opportunities
Driving Revenue Generation: Take the lead on Homevolt order intake to contribute significantly to revenue generation
Technology Leadership: Collaborate with key suppliers Polarium and Tibber to drive Homevolt technology roadmaps and secure residential ESS technology leadership
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and board of directors to establish and execute Homevolt's corporate, commercial, operational, and technological strategy
Sales and Partnerships: Set up new sales partnerships with established channel partners, wholesalers, mass market sellers, and installers to expand Homevolt's market presence
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, lead corporate governance, and take ownership of the Homevolt service and software suite
Financial Focus: Strongly focus on financial performance and cost control, aiming to achieve EBITDA positivity within the first year
We're looking for dynamic individuals who:
Are driven by building high-performance teams and growing new business
Possess an entrepreneurial, business-driven, and profitability mindset
Demonstrate customer-centricity and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Have previous experience in roles with P&L responsibilities, including revenue and profitability ownership. Bring interest and experience in the Renewables and/or Battery Energy Storage industry, with a particular emphasis on the German market
Have a track record of fostering relationships with potential sales channel partners in regions such as the Nordics, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, UK, and Spain
Qualifications and Experiences:
5+ years of leadership experience in management consulting, large corporate, and/or start-ups
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Language proficiency in English (mandatory) and Swedish, Norwegian, and German
