Join Tibber as a Customer Lifecycle Specialist (CLS) and embark on a dynamic role where you shape exceptional customer experiences and boost loyalty through outstanding communication. As a key player in our team, you'll spearhead strategic and tactical Customer engagement projects, fostering diverse connections across the Tibber landscape.
Crafting innovative communication methodologies is your forte. From devising new campaigns to enhancing existing ones, you'll be the driving force behind Store Campaigns, automated triggers, releases, service communication, and real-time messaging. Collaborating closely with the CRM Manager, you'll refine target groups, segmentation, and workflows, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
What you will do
Your mission is to elevate Tibber's customer success and education levels, reducing friction and enhancing satisfaction. Assigning metrics to every step of the customer journey, you'll gauge success and optimise for profitable growth and long-term customer retention.
Leverage 2-3 years of documented experience to become a stellar copywriter, creating captivating customer communication in both English and Norwegian language.
Develop and execute strategies to boost customer lifetime value across all phases of the Customer journey
Analyse and refine customer segments, continually evolving our strategy
Independently manage CRM systems and Engagement platforms like Intercom, Braze, MailChimp and Typeform.
Drive sales-oriented copy for E-mail marketing and In-app campaigns, conducting A-B testing and ensuring execution excellence globally and locally
Embrace a KPI and data-driven approach to achieve measurable results
Keep an eye on competitors and draw inspiration from industry leader
You'll collaborate closely with Local Market Engagement leads, Global CRM, Support Growth, and Global Brand. Your role extends to driving collaboration between departments, ensuring success in revenue increase and retention for Tibber.

⚡⚡️Ideal profile:
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, tailoring messages to diverse audiences
Years of experience in data-driven marketing automation, both strategically and tactically
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Intercom, Braze, and MailChimp.
Proven success in global roles within scale-up companies
Comfort with technical environments, system operation, and data analytics
An analytical mindset, with a keen interest in customer insights and predictive modeling
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong project management skills, confident in working independently
Business fluent in Norwegian and English
