Job Mission 🚀🚀

Tibber is seeking an experienced, creative & solution-driven manager to drive our partnerships with third-party installers, and projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of electrical installations in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational goals. This is a key team member, accelerating growth and executing new partnerships with third-party installers for Tibber. Some of your responsibilities (but not limited to) will include:

Installations Strategy & Operations: you will be responsible for all commercial strategy and operations for our installation business, and support the success of all categories across our e-commerce business across all markets where we operate.

Installations Platform: you own and will work with the produdct teams to define the strategy and roadmap for our third-party installations’ platform.

Commercial Excellence: Explore, negotiate and execute new business models within the third-party installations space to meet our ambitious growth and sales targets.

External stakeholder management. You will manage and secure new relationships with national wide installer networks, driving forward the development of a stellar installations organization.

Cross-Company Collaboration. Work collaboratively across different departments and teams to align efforts and achieve company and category targets.

Customer Satisfaction: You ensure that the satisfaction of our customers is the focus of our actions in all process steps. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

⚡⚡️Ideal Profile

Industry Experience. Experience in the energy industry, including a strong understanding of installations market dynamics, trends, and commercial offerings. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in this field is required for the role.

Segment Knowledge: Experience in end-consumer installations of heatpumps, wallboxes, batteries and solar panels, with a track record of successful project delivery, with a strong knowledge of regulations, and industry best practices.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the electrical installations department in alignment with overall organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior management to establish goals, budgets, and timelines for electrical installation projects.

Expert Negotiator: Negotiating contractual and commercial terms with installations partners, and follow up on fulfilment of SLAs.

Project Management: Lead and manage electrical installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members. Optimize resource utilization to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Cross-functional collaboration. Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams across the organization.

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that electrical installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: : Stay abreast of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all electrical installation projects.Identify potential risks and challenges associated with electrical installations and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays and cost overruns.

Data-Driven Approach. Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
