We are amplifying our experimentation capabilities and are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join us in transforming curious visitors into loyal Tibber customers.
As our CRO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. Your expertise in analysis, customer insights, and A/B testing will be crucial in converting hard data into actionable strategies, enhancing our customer journey. You will also help shape the strategic direction of our CRO efforts, leading our experimentation and digital growth initiatives. Your ability to pinpoint bottlenecks and create exceptional customer experiences will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to boost conversion rates and drive growth.
- Leverage UX research to uncover deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations, enhancing customer journeys.
- Transform data into actionable insights that shape our CRO and digital growth strategy for lasting impact.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks through data analysis, creating testable hypotheses for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B tests, user testing, and CRO reviews to optimize web pages and customer journeys, reducing drop-offs and increasing conversions.
- Showcase your expertise in growth marketing and digital sales, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, and Google Optimize.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, using your basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS to support technical implementations.
- Guide teams in formulating hypotheses and setting up experiments, clearly communicating complex data findings to drive understanding and action.
⚡⚡️Ideal Profile
Skills for Success:
- A/B Testing: Experience in A/B testing, user testing, and CRO reviews.
- Tools: Proficiency in A/B-testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely), data and user analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotjar), and statistical knowledge.
- Technology: Basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in a Nordic language preferred.

- Curiosity: A passion for data and an understanding of the digital landscape.
