🚀🚀Job Mission

About the Role:

As Product Marketing Specialist for Real-time Meters, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Tibber Pulse is optimally positioned for high sales conversion across all sales channels. Your work involves leading projects to increase B2C sales, data-driven content creation planning, and collaboration with internal teams owning the different communication channels. You will also be responsible for strategic marketing planning with B2B partners distributing Tibber Pulse.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project management: manage internal stakeholders and timelines related to Tibber Pulse sales-driving projects. Plan accordingly to meet deadlines and escalate blockers outside of your control in order to speed up processes. Internally serve as the primary point of contact and expert regarding Tibber Pulse’s content marketing strategy.
  • Content planning: plan and lead the creation of high converting content for Tibber Pulse. Work in collaboration with content creators (storytellers and designers), and brief them with all necessary information (unique selling points, images, videos, etc). Collaborate with external content agencies ensuring they meet Tibber’s brand guidelines and standards.
  • Content alignment: make sure that Tibber Pulse messaging is correct and aligned across all different communication channels. When relevant, apply the optimisation learnings of one channel to others, in order to maximise conversions.
  • Conversion optimisation: monitor conversion rate across the different communication channels and collaborate with internal teams to increase conversions and maximise sales.
  • B2B: work closely with B2B partners to jointly plan and execute on demand generation campaigns such as fairs and education workshops.

⚡⚡️Ideal Profile

  • A history of successfully managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders with different KPI's and aligning team members to achieve a joint goal. Ability to simultaneously work on multiple priorities and ambiguous initiatives, while keeping track of progress and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing, with a background in strategic planning and execution of high converting marketing campaigns where educational content is key. Good understanding of digital sales funnels, conversion metrics, and optimization techniques.
  • Working closely with storytellers and designers, with an understanding of the content creation process and usual friction points in the different areas.
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively, both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret conversion results and plan for new content ideas with high potential for better results.
