We're looking for a E-Commerce Product Manager (m/f/d). Could you be the next adventurer to join us?
We usually respond within three days
We are Tibber, the energy company that wants you to use less energy. Whaaat? That’s right. We’ll get back to that. Yes, we are by definition an energy company, but we’re more techy than most. How and why you might ask. Well, a third of our employees are actually working on developing products and solutions that can help you use energy in a smarter way and at a lower cost – all with the help of cool fancy tech. Good for our customers, their wallets, and the planet.
Our growth rate has been truly amazing, and still, we’re just getting started. With millions of smart devices connected to the Tibber platform (like electric vehicles and smart thermostats), we have one of the most unique portfolios trading energy on the market.

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle—from daily operations to strategic project execution. What You’ll Do:

- Organize and lead retrospectives and planning of sprint cycles.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to scope out projects, define deliverables, and set realistic timelines.
- Monitor progress and remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.

- Product Ownership
- Serve as the product manager for e-commerce platform improvements, expansions, or integrations.
- Define product scope, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with company and Store objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage resources, and track deliverables to successful completion.
- Manage Daily Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and refine processes in ticket handling, communication, and documentation.
- Provide feedback and insights that drive improvements to our development workflow and product lifecycle.
- Participate in product strategy discussions, bringing operational insights to help shape the e-commerce roadmap.
- Organize, maintain, and update tickets in the Linear board.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main bridge between the engineering team and other stakeholders in the e-commerce organization.
- Provide clear and timely updates on ongoing projects, platform status, and issue resolutions.
⚡⚡️Ideal Profile
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in product management, project management, or a related role—preferably with direct experience in e-commerce.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable communicating technical requirements and constraints, ideally familiar with Agile methodologies and common PM tools (Linear, Jira, etc.).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and projects, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented atmosphere.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- User-Centric Mindset: Always advocates for the best possible user experience, balancing user needs with business goals.
