Ujala Cygnus Healthcare is looking for an experienced Corporate Billing Head to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee corporate billing operations including invoicing, claims management, and payment reconciliation.
• Drive revenue realization by streamlining billing processes and minimizing outstanding dues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and corporate agreements.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to improve cash flow and billing accuracy.
• Manage corporate disputes and claim rejections, maintaining strong relationships with TPAs, corporates, and insurance partners.
• Generate regular MIS reports and provide key billing metrics to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

• CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years of experience in healthcare corporate billing and financial operations.
• Expertise in hospital billing systems, insurance processes, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Proficiency with HMS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
