Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, excellent project management skills, managing in-person conferences, and a bonus if you have experience with partnerships.
What your day to day will look like:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Plan and execute virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-4 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies.

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in managing logistics around in-person conferences.

Experience in managing partnerships is a big bonus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
