Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, excellent project management skills, managing in-person conferences, and a bonus if you have experience with partnerships.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in managing logistics around in-person conferences.

  • Experience in managing partnerships is a big bonus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
